    Jamie tailors her sessions to fit your individual and family needs. Some common techniques Jamie uses are insight-oriented, cognitive behavior therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and skill building. Jamie also uses her wholistic yoga therapy training when requested.

  • Individual therapy sessions are generally 45 minutes.
    Family therapy sessions are generally 45-60 minutes.
    Parent coaching sessions are 30-6o minutes and are available in office, by phone, or Telehealth.

    Fees:
    Initial evaluation sessions are 60 minutes and charged $150.
    Regular psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, parent coaching) 45-50 minutes and charged $120.
    Fees for attending school meetings, document preparations, and phone consultations lasting longer than 10 minutes is $120 per hour.
    Parent Coaching Package (via Telehealth) $300 for three, 1 hour sessions and one thirty minute session.

    Jamie participates with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Behavioral Health (including Connecticare, Oxford, and Optum) If you have out of network insurance Jamie will provide an invoice you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
